OpenEMIS Scanner app for iPhone and iPad

OpenEMIS Scanner is a generic mobile app for scanning many standard barcodes and QR codes together with a date, time and location using the inbuilt GPS.

Technical Requirements
The OpenEMIS Scanner applications able to function offline without an active Internet connection. However to upload data, an active Internet connection (either 3G or Wi-Fi) is required. Also, GPS is required to scan barcodes and QR codes.
